Description:	i have a site http://www.cityguides.kavalanet.gr/ put in http://validator.w3.org and i get this error in explorer 6 Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on line 584 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8 (in other words, the bytes found are not valid values in the specified Character Encoding). Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication. The error was: utf8 "\xCF" does not map to Unicode in line 584 the code is value=17>&nbsp;&nbsp;Clubs</OPTION> <OPTION i want fix it 2)ie6 - ie7 strange utf8 problem go to http://cityguides.kavalanet.gr with firefox and view source. Everything show correctly. go again with ie6 or ie7. content in the source code looks weird with strange characters. database is utf8_general_ci set names utf8 has been added in defaults_setup.php 3)Meta keywords" tags , "Meta Description" tags? 4) PMD SEO 5)i bought ars rating but in explorer 6 the stars dont show ,i read somewhere you have a rating system
