Description:	I am interested to develop a website for online money transfer overseas. The functionality should be similar to western union, xoom.com, moneygram etc- however the backend electronic fund transfer will be done by a different interface manually after each transaction which is not part of this project. The user will create an account with personal details, select the amount of money that will be transferred and the beneficiary details. The transfer fee will be automatically calculated. The payment would be processed through a gateway provider by using paypal, credit card , interac online or email money transfer. Once the payment is processed a transaction id will be issued. The user should be able to see details of account and previous transactions using log in details I would also require an administrative module that would allow to modify content, similar as Joomla administrative back end (just an example-prefer not to use Joomla). Also the admin should be able to search customer and transaction by key fields and be able to change transaction status to be open or closed depending whether the transaction was manually processed or not. Further details can be discussed.
