I am looking for someone who can make a tool similar to

I believes it pulls the results from here
http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/?seed=mortgage&adult_filter=remove_offensive&suggest=Hit+Me
It is possible that we may need to be able to bypass captcha, but I do not believe so.
Also, it is important that you make this script to pull more than one word phrases such as mortgage loans not just mortgage.
