	Description:	Hi, Budget500 or less for this part of the projec and more for upgrades later.. Time frame: 30 days or less. Looking to create a simple web 2.0 style niche focus website/directory that has the following features.. a Directory with search function... ex: http://lawyers.findlaw.com/ or http://legalrecords.findlaw.com/ss/namesearch_index.jsp?ch=LP or http://www.lawyers.com/ a Wordpress (latest version) blog .. ex/ site.com/blog a Lead capture form.. user enter: Name, address, city, zip, state.. a Back office to export leads.. also to manage listings in directory 1. Simple back office.... where users can log in to enter their information that will be shown on the directory/profile a Profile section... ex: http://pview.findlaw.com/view/3340822_1 1. Profile will have all these capabilities: Save Email (email can foward the email to user own email address) Print Update Get Listed capabilities. a Add a Video Section .. user can add a video that will be shown in the video section of the directory. .(size limit or other restrictions must apply)** this feature can be added last.. 2. nice simple designed with seo urls.. ex: http://lawyers.findlaw.com/lawyer/state/Kansas and NOT http://lawyers.findlaw.com/lawyer/0233.9222.php a Built in ad system.. where I can show adsense style featured listings/or banners on top of the directory listing pages with a Your Ad Here link... Ex: http://lawyers.findlaw.com/lawyer/state/Washington a save search settings.. so visitor can save a search that they are performing in a list style and then be able to print it.. (cookies must be enabled) Additional Info (Added 5/12/2008 at 5:13 EST)... Also can your let me know if you will be custom coding the script or will it be a boxed script.. so i can know before I choose the prg. either way it needs to be bug free and must be able to perform the features in the description. just so you know this project will not stay up here for 6 days. The faster I can get the project started the better so pm me with your questions or comments.. so I can make my choice.
