Description:	I am in need of a website similar to the youtube format. It will not be a video sharing site or anything, but the requirement of being able to upload and download music as well as programs that can be downloaded by members is a must. Streaming audio is a must. The capacity of handling tens of thousands of members (must register) is a must. This will be a centrally located server for the hosting, (not online space).
