I currently have a site plan for a new project in the area. I am working with the developer on a full page newspaper ad that will feature an image of the site plan. It has been determined that the site plan is not ad worthy and we need another option. I will attach the current project plan and then a different project plan that has the look we like. Because I am actin as the middle man all decisions have to come from them so there will be a delay between correstpondence with me and the developer. The site plan we have now is a picture of a print colored in with pencil. We want something that is attractive, high quality, and visually appealing. The enviornment the ad will be in is a retierment community so that should be kept in mind. Please send links to work that you have done so that we can have an idea of what quality of work to expect and if that fits what we need.
Also the names of each building will need to be included and clear enough to read, also professional looking and smooth.
This would need to be done by Tuesday May 13,2008.
