Description:	I need ---registered users--- (not admins) of my Joomla site to be able to upload a csv file to the site. The csv file will create a page for them and add a link to the menu. Please contact me via PMB and I'll give you an example link. My budget is $20 - $90 (A perfect price would be $50 if you could fit into that). Additional Info (Added 5/9/2008 at 14:19 EST)... This should be a very easy job for someone experienced with Joomla. If you can find any free readymade code (such as a CSV handeling PHP class or something along those lines) that you can use you're more than welcome to do so.
