	Description:	I have a php website running a mysql database. Inside the mysql db, I need to extract 3 fields from it and print it on a pdf document in specific fields, so I have a pdf template with 3 blank spaces where the results must be printed to. This will have to be done for about 300 fields, and each month I will have to redo it for the next set of results. Let me know f this is doable and the cost to do it.
