We are STILL looking for a skilled CSS person to complete a project for us, we need several pages built of a website in CSS, the pages are to be fluid-width, and will have a need for some minor rollover behaviours to be added.
THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I AM POSTING THIS PROJECT, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CSS SKILLS REQUIRED, DO NOT BID!
You MUST have experience in good, clean CSS, and have examples to show of that.
When you view the samples, please be aware, the icons in the columns we would like to populate across the width of the page, therefore, if you have six appearing on a page, then when you increase the width of the browser window, it will then show seven or more in the row.
Further specific details can be discussed, but there will be some pages which require hardly any time once the header section is done.
13 pages will need to be done, but these are mostly just simple pages.
The examples should give you more idea.
At present we have had to repost this job and time is becoming quite short for the project. Please do not quote if you cannot deliver within the time you estimate, nor if your skills are not up to the task.
We have the work completed so far by the other programmer to help you get started.
Please note that we want all the pages to resize to fit the window.
And please note I am getting very frustrated as the client now needs this quite urgently, so if you cannot deliver in a short time frame, DO NOT BID.

Please reflect that in your bids, as six or seven days is getting out of the running for consideration.

Additional Info (Added 5/8/2008 at 18:42 EST)...I have been advised to mention the only way to get the icons flowing like I want will probably require some JAVASCRIPTING. This is fine, but please note that it is preferred the site is as much CSS as it can be.
