Description:	Job site needs functionality to allow users to upload resume. Contractor will: - Develop resume database that will store resumes submitted by user - Resumes can be submitted by either copying and pasting into a box or attaching word or text document - Each resume submission will have name and email address associted with it Other background: The resume submission will occur on the 2nd page of the site. The first page is where user inputs name and email. This information should be carried forward to 2nd page (which will be created by contractor). The resume, email and name will be stored in a database - probably hosted on our hosting company's server. Please provide brief explanation of similar work done. Also, please provide idea of tools you will use to develop this project.
