Description:	We want to create a site that works a little bit like Etsy.com, to aggregate and promote cool products for a wide range of designers, artists and niche manufacturers ('shop owners'). We'll need a blog / magazine element, and a shop element. We will use the blog to promote the best of the best. The shop needs to be searchable by keyword, tags, and should contain some feature filtering options. Shop owners (the designers) will need to be able to create a profile and upload products. We want to introduce viral tools - these pages will play the same role as a Myspace Music page for an up-and-coming musician. Shoppers can rate and comment on products / shops. Fulfilment works like eBay, with sellers shipping directly to the customer. We are only the platform to promote these products on the internet: we're not a shop, with warehouse and taking charge of delivery. We want to integrate PayPal as our payment mechanism in the first instance. Ideally the blog platform will be Wordpress-powered. Please outline how you would develop such a site, including IA / functionality, plus costs and timescales. Thanks.
