Looking for expert to assist me with writing two rules. One rule is to change images and another is to change URL to be more user frienly with search engines. Using Helicon Tech's Isapi Rewrite filter on IIS/windows Platform. Must be able to complete the task within 2 days. We will provide you instructions of what we need and you will provide us with the code. We will do the testing for you. Must speak English well.

We need the following work done and I would like you to give me the lowest bid you can do this for.
We need the code both for version 2 and version 3 as we are moving to version 3 in the next few months.
We need code that would evaluate the http referrer and look for a specific string. Like www.mysite.com/product.q1234567890.action.html. The condition should be such that if it finds string 1234567890, we need to change one image (image.jpg) to (copyright.jpg). We need to be able to enter many variations of the 1234567890. Example, we need to have a condition for 1234567890 or 1234567453 or 1234567111 or etc... change the image.
Then we need an URL rewrite as follows:
Change the url on the fly for http://www.mysite.com/search-soho.aspx?CategoryID=31. It needs to change to http://www.mysite.com/search-soho~CategoryID~31.html so always look for the .aspx?CategoryID=NN and change it to ~CategoryID~NN.HTML.
Last, we have links on the pages that also have the query. Can something in ISAPI also change those on the file?. Same rules as above.
We can not provide you with access to our server. We will need you to be able to give us the scripts and we can test them.
