	Description:	Hello, I have a software program that needs to be updated to a new version. It is programmed in Visual C# .NET. I have a number of new features that need to be added and a few features that need to be updated. If you'd like to see the compiled product right now, let me know. I've taken the time to write out everything I need in detail to save us both time. Please review this document on what I need done and let me know your bid.
