SUMMARY
This web application will be used by private users to track the progress of there relationship and marriage with their partner.
It can be thought of as a relationship log.
They will need to register then fill in the details of how they understand there relationship. Understanding, Adaptation, Maintenance, dGRI inputs etc. Everything is text. There are no calculations.
There are different “tools” for assessing their relationships. Each tool will have separate input.
They will update the log as needed.
There will be a summary page extracted from each tool.

Function:
User management. Register, Login, Changed password, email check, user admin.
Take input from each tool and put in summary page.
Add new tools.
Default settings/tools/.
Modify inputs.
Keep a date on each input.
Delete input.

Should work with Apache, mysql.
Open to suggestions to off the shelf packages to help create the application.
You must have experience with online applications. MYSQL, normalisation of data etc. Show examples of previous web applications. PHP, perl, mod_perl all ok. Flexible on front end language.
Good English. Need to start ASAP.
