This spreadsheet is already complete. However, I need someone to be able to be able to finish some of the programming.
Need someone to program a dropdown menu in excel. There will be one row with 3 dropdown menus. The dropdown menus consists of over 50 options or so. With each option there is a corresponding number or a range associated with that option. That associated number is filled into the cell below the dropdown menus. The corresponding Numbers and options are already filled out in the spreadsheet.
(Ex:
Option: R1 is associated with 0.5
Option: R1-1 is associated with 0.55
Option: R2X5 is associated with 1.0
Option: R3 is associated with 1.5
Option: R4 is associated with 1.0 - 1.3
Option: C1 is associated with 1.0
Option: C1-2 is associated with 1.0
Option: C2 is associated with 1.0
Option: C3 is associated with 2.5
)
However, what complicates this one a little bit is that I need all the options from C1 to C2 (for example) to be associated with 2.0 if the dropdown menu for R1 to R3 are chosen.

This part is not part of the bid. However, this is something that I am considering as an option as I believe this spreadsheet may work better as a program instead of an excel sheet. Read this part only if you believe you can write this in a program form or incorporate the spreadsheet into the program with an add-on, ect... Suggestions are welcome. I am not sure what programming language is best for this type of program.
This spreadsheet is basically just a form that people are going to be filling out with up to 50+ forms being filled out per day. According to what is filled out, the numbers and calculations are automatically filled out in other tabs of the spreadsheet.
I would like to be able to view the calculations of each form all on the same sheet instead of having to open up 50 spreadsheets individually. I was considering having multiple forms on the same spreadsheet but I believe that may get complicated and increase the room for error if using excel.
I also wanted to have different levels of security so that the calculations would not be able to be viewed by the people filling out the form. Either that, or the forms can be input into a separate program which can be imported into a program or pasted into the excel sheet for calculations and to provide security.
