We need a programmer skilled in PHP development to create a custom script for an anti-bullying reporting website we are upgrading. All html and layout design will be handled by our staff. Your responsibilities will only include the php coding and installation onto our servers (creating the tables in a MYSQL based environment) (we will provide you with user name and password to log into the server backend)

All of the php scripts must take place in a secure (https) environment to make the reporter feel safe in disclosing the information.

The website will allow students in schools to report incidents of bullying to school counselors who have created accounts. The counselor will be able to log into the website via user name and password and see the reports.

A complete (very detailed step by step) description of the website, along with all of the required aspects is being attached in the form of a .doc file

It may be possible for a programmer to alter a script meant for a support website ticket issuing system to meet our requirements. (customer would submit request for help, tracking number/ticket is issued, support staff logs in to see request...very similar idea)

We don't care how you get to the end result, as long as it's clean (ideally with comments) and working.

Contract will be provided based on experience, quality, TIME FRAME NEEDED TO COMPLETE! (big one!), and price.

Your help in this project will in turn help 1000's of children across the world who feel alone in their bullying situations so we thank you ahead of time for your reasonable and fair bid. We are on a very limited budget, and the project shouldn't be tough for someone with experience in php programming.
