I need homepage design (without coding) for my website. Please, read the following to get the idea of what I need:
1. The elements of the website should be professionally designed. You should not use only square boxes, or beveled/shadowed boxes, or circles, etc. I can create standard effects like this myself. Since you are a designer, I expect some artistic solutions from you, that I can't reproduce even with the help of advanced graphic editor.
2. The logo should be a combination of graphics and text. It should look like a single whole (by no means should it look like a separate image + a separate piece of text, or like a separate piece of text over a third-party background image). The text and the image should look like they can't be torn appart.
3. If you use third-party images, you should inform me about the source of such images. Obviousely, these images should not be used on well-known websites (i.e. an image from yahoo homepage should not be used).
4. You should regularly update me about the progress (at least every 2 days).
5. I will make 15% escrow deposit at the start. 85% escrow deposit after you show the screenshot of the new design (screenshot can be watermarked if you feel that it is more secure for you) and I am satisfied with it. I will pay only for the work that I will actually use on my website. I can't pay for tries and attempts.
Once again, I am willing to pay due price for a good work. However, I am not going to pay several hundred dollars for a few square boxes.
