Must haves :
1) PHP / MySQL based.
2) Front end template will be specified
3) Admin area to enter the hosting offers into the database
(image / banner + brief description + rebate details + affiliate link url), plus additional pages (reviews)
4) Back end contact / claim tracking functionality required.
5) Back end contact to be integrated with PHPList.
Looking for turnkey offers, no per hour quotes please.Additional Info (Added 3/28/2008 at 19:38 EST)...Would prefer to use existing code / CMS to minimize the development cost and time.

Back end: Not sure, someone suggested Maian support, but I'm not familiar with its capabilities. If you know of something better...

1) No front end required.
2) Site will be using this template

3) Install and configure Phplist with this template and create 2 list signup forms / pages
a) One general mailing list
b) One customer list - linked to Maian support
4) Install and configure Maian Support to work with
a) my selected template & PHPList
b) Anyone wanting to submit a support request has to register for the customer list in 3b) above.
c) After confirmation, the user is sent an automatic (system generated) password to login to the Support script.
