Description:	1) Start with a good open source dating script like osdate.com. 2) Add Affiliates page like the one on xpertwebsite.com. The Affiliates page should have abut 500 merchants from all the big networks like cj.com and linkshare.com. 3) Add coupon, gift & special offers page like restaurant.com. Users will purchase printable coupons. Site should have e-commerce capability to enable users to pay for coupons and pay to join dating network. An open source program is OK. Combine and administer the above three elements. Administration & maintenance needed.
