Description:	I have a client with a Joomla web site that needs to have a real estate module installed and customized for his real needs. Site has installed: - Joomla Fish for multilanguage - Mister Estate for real estate Mister Estate has limitations, most important one is that it does not allow for multi-language, and my client needs multi-language. At least, I didn't see that option. Real estate module should allow to: - Add all destails, forms, search form, etc, in 3 languages - Add all kind of typical details: number of rooms, number of baths, facilities, description and so on. - Client needs to have its own search form customized, I don't know you can modify Mister Estate. - Client needs to set properties for short-term and long-term rental, and for sale, add custom areas to which the property belongs and custom localizations. Maybe we need to find another real estate module for Joomla, which is more powerful and customizable, or maybe we need to do the site without joomla. Can you tell me which are the options we have with Joomla, or if we should rebuild site with another CMS or custom one. Site is mediterraneangoldservices.com, click on the english flag, and then on rentals. You'll see that the search is very limited. You can visit Mister Estate module's page and see if this can be done, or if we need to buy a module that does all this, or even build the site without Joomla as CMS to allow for all this. As you can see site is not complicated, a series of services, about us, contact form, a couple of missing forms on one of the options, simple thing, but we need to have the real estate section as client needs. Do you think you can do this? Can you advice me on what to do? Additional Info (Added 3/27/2008 at 13:32 EST)... IMPORTANT: I can't hire you if I don't know what we need to do and how.
