Description:	I want a clone of polldaddy.com. In short: Create a website where it is possible to create new surveys (questions and ansers in different formats), with mailing system to send it (phpmailer), gather statistics and show show the results. There must be an export function to xml, csv and such. The surveys as well as the result page have to be visually appealing (css based, pie charts... ). Features that must be included can be seen at: http://www.polldaddy.com/features/ You should sign up to test the possibilities. Progress is supposed to be shown every few days, final deadline is April 25. You are expected to beta test before that, we will bug hunt as well.

I already have an testing center application similar to this, where we can upload test questions and email the link to candidates. When they click the link they are brought to the center where they can take the test and the scores will be displayed. This however is built in asp.net. If you want to develop your application in asp.net it will take me 30 days only
