Description:	This project is for displaying data in Flash. The data comes from the MySQL DB via PHP. So, the data can be provided in several ways. The simplest way would be for you to take it as several PHP arrays. The data has 5 sets. Each set will be represented as a 'gauge' in Flash. There are two images attached to this project to help illustrate and explain. Image one has 5 'gauges' and Image two has 3 gauges. The final delivery should have 5 gauges with the look/feel similar to the 3 guage image. The final delivery should also have a lighter background than the current attached image. The needle on each gauge will move according to the data it represents. In addition, the background of the GAUGE will change colors (3 colors) based on the level of data it represents.
