Description:	I need a script that allows the browsers of a page to enter 2 fields of information, a title, and an infomation box(that will be at the base of the page). Upon clicking submit, the page gets updated with the title. Upon clicking the title, a small window pops up with the title and information that was submitted in the box. Other users can rate this information and leave a comment about the info. The links on the page will be arranged in the rating of the item with the percent rating in backets beside the item. A working example is a dance move page, where a user can put in the name of their dance move and a description of how to do it in the input boxes, then clicks submit. Another user browsing the page sees the name of the dance move and clicks on it. The window pops up with the description, that user can then rate the dance move and leave a comment within the popup window if they like. I would like as much of the script as possible to be in AJAX.
