Description:	Must in MySQL 4.0, not 5.0 What I basically want to create is much much simpler version of facebook- profile info on individuals. Three will be only three level users; Super Admin (can do anything- add, edit, delete, etc), Admin (can do anything but cannot add worker, etc but still can do most of what super admin can), and client. I will be providing the html/css part, so there's no need on your part as long as it follows the design itself. Basically we want to have a place where a person is interested to create a profile- they sign up and feed in specific info, including upload their photo. After that- they will not have a login or anything like that. These are just individuals hat are interested in participating a program of ours. That's it. While we'll have worker to review the info and approve it to be added to profile system where we can assign specific individuals for a project for a client of ours. We will have clients that work with us and wants specific people that we have in our profile system to work with for at specific time / event. After that, we should be able to log in the report how the individuals we had did and client's experience- what we can do to improve, etc. We also shld be able to give rating on our individuals on their skills as such as language spoken, etc- based on after their performance at an event. What Clients will have access, after signing up with us (I have credit card system for us to use)- they will be able to have access to all of our profile system but with specific info that can only be displayed (excluding Full name, contact info, etc). They shld be able to look through the profiles and select what they want to have at a specific event. Our worker should get some kind of notification that a client has selected specific group of people and we'll contact them & arrange them to show up, etc.
