Description:	This has to work using PHP mail. The subject needs to send Chinese characters in the mail SUBJECT (not BODY). You need to be able to take the decoded Chinese characters, for example: 北京 and allow the receiver to see Chinese characters.

I had to do a project similar to this a few months ago where a language that doesn't using the standard character set had to be used in the subject of emails sent via php. I can get started on this project right away. The php mail function normally only allows the subject to be sent with ascii text. For this to work I would need to modify the headers so a different character set could be used.
