Description:	Duplicate the functionality of 8coupons.com with some modifications. Please review functionality of 8coupons.com before bidding. Must be a nice/clean/advanced web 2.0 looking site. If you have created a coupon site before please provide link. Must duplicate sms mobile coupon text messaging. Must duplicate “my clipped coupons” Homepage will show random business ads/logos instead of coupons. Browse/search by business instead of by coupons This site will be local statewide business/coupon directory. More dynamic browsing and search features such as zip code radius searching. I would like to duplicate the search functionality of yelp.com (Search for, Near). Please review. Also needs Tag/keyword style browsing. User has ability to organize search results by “most popular, most recent, by distance” Tag/keyword style browsing. Must have Social bookmarking features for each business listing page. Email system which automatically emails advertiser after becoming member, before account expiration, etc.. Must be paypal compatible. 3 Levels 1. User 2. Advertiser 3. Admin 1. User – No logon. Have the ability to submit cell phone # / email address to the individual business mailing lists. Have the ability to add coupons to “my clipped coupons”. Have the ability to send coupon to cell phone via text message. 2. Advertiser – Ability to logon and manage/edit their business listing. Ability to send notifications to users through cell phone # / email address mailing lists. Ability to add/delete entries to their cell phone # / email address mailing lists. Ability to add/edit/delete coupons. Ability to renew membership. 3. Admin – Ability to manage/edit business listings and coupons. Manage payment packages (monthly subscriptions, yearly memberships – terms, prices etc…). Manage membership package (i.e. # of coupons, etc..). Ability to create coupon codes to offer to advertisers to reduce membership fees by % or dollar amount and track usage. Ability to manage members payment history.
