I run a Mediawiki website that is aimed at allowing users to create sub-wikis of their own for free. These free wiki's may turn into premium/paid-for wikis that I want users to be able to pay for using Paypal (or another platform). The issue is, I am having difficulty passing data from the paypal transaction, to paypal, then back to my database for automatic registration. The entire process should be automatic, a user logs in (logon and accounts already exist), can click a button to upgrade to premium, and is brought to a credit card payments page. The payment is made, and as soon as this happens, a change is make to the database so we know which user or wiki has subscribed, and the wiki is now changed to a premium wiki.

We have a limited budget, but I will work with them to ensure their time is utilized efficiently.
