Description:	this is for a cgi website so for website: www.freelancerstore.com 1. i want to install moneybookers into the site. 2. i want all clickable links to have an underline throughout the whole site. they currently are not underlined but if you put your cursor over it, it puts an underline under the link. so i want them to already be underlined. 3. when using pmb function. where it says: private post (optional) i want this taken out. instead, i want it to say: To: then in the box have a drop down menu that says: (All Programmers) then if someone has bid on the project, have those names listed below. then below the box say: If a username is not in the drop down menu you may enter it here: then a box for you to type in a username. 4: i would like an rss feed installed on the site and rss feed link on the bottom of each page. i want this done asap!!
