	Description:	Looking for an advanced ColdFusion developer with strong skills. Most work is done with Object Oriented concepts so you need to be familiar with beans, daos, gateways, and the service layer. We have an in house generator that generates a lot of this code, there will be a need for custom code aside from the generated code. We have a consistent way of doing things and would like to stick with that. We are looking for someone who can fit into the project with us and bring new and fresh ideas, someone who can solve problems and can think for themselves. We are in a high paced market and industry which requires us to stay on top of our game. Java is not a must, but it would be nice if you have knowledge, we do leverage Java classes in our code at times when it makes sense. Must know sql, again, a lot of that code is generated for us, but you will have to write your own queries for things that cannot be generated ahead of time. I know modelglue, coldspring, ORM's, Gateways, Daos, Transfer Objects, etc. Have worked with some cf code generators such a illudium and modelGlue scaffolding. up on latest best practices from the CF OO community.
