Please read this carefully before bidding on the project as this is not a typical proxy server setup I am asking for here where you just install a proxy app and suddenly it works.

There is an application I am using called ProxyFirewall by uniqueinternetservices... google it if you don't know what that is.

It is running on the same W2K3 server. I have a range of IPs that I have assigned to the W2K3 server and it is being used as a remote desktop.. here is what I need.

I need a Proxy server setup on that server that will allow me to use the range of IPs that are on the server. ProxyFirewall will work to change proxy servers every session/minute or whatever I specify... so what I need is some type of proxy setup on the server which will essentially take requests and route them through the various IPs on that server instead of just the main IP.

If you can get the proxy to change Ips on its own then that is great.. I won't need Proxyfirewall then. I have been trying to setup Privoxy without much success. Other open proxy server solutions have not worked well either. If you know Privoxy and know how to configure it in this manner than it should be easy. If you have another solution which you prefer that does not require additional licensing costs from the makers of it beyond $100 than that is ok also... though I would prefer if you can configure Privoxy or some other free solution.. as it has everything needed.

Once completed I should Be able to add/remove additional IPs to the W2K3 server and have them work with the proxy server.. if additional config is required that is ok.. just provide instructions

The proxy server should work only from the W2K3 server and will not accept remote connections attempting to use the proxy server. This can be done by simply limiting connections from the localhost only.

If your solution is not to use a proxy server, but rather to use a routing solution instead that will essentially randomly select IPs outgoing that will then forward to the gateway.. than that is acceptable also as long as I have access to control the timing and add/remove IPs as needed once again.

If you know how to do this, it should take you no more than 30-60 minutes to get it done. However, I am allowing 24 hours to have a working solution completed.
