I am interested in hiring someone to make some website graphics for me. This will be an ongoing job but obviously it will be different graphics and sites each time.

I want to hire someone and give them the web design template, tell them what I want changing and what to and to have them make the new design.

Basically it will be website editing and website / graphics design. The designer should have a good knowledge of adobe photoshop CS2 and Dreamweaver or Frontpage.

A knowledge of Macromedia Flash would also be a bonus, but not essential.

This will be a full-time post, of 40 hours per week.
You will be working exclusively for me and we will communicate daily via msn messenger / icq and email.

I will give you the tasks each day and I expect them to be done to an excellent level of standard and on time.

I have a rough idea of how long each task will take, as I kind of design myself, but am after someone I can rely on and is competant and efficient.

So please bid here on your amount you would like for one week of 40 hours AND then post a message on the private message board of how much you would like per month, to work for me, this will be 160 hours per month.

Note:
Any bidder who does not post a bid AND post a message on the PMB for a quote on the 160 hours a month, will have there bids deleted by me.

Please provide me with a sample, or portfolio, of your web editing and graphical works as well.
