I'm looking for a really, really good web designer and PHP programmer (please only apply for the project if you have hundreds of completed projects from happy scriptlance clients).

I'd like to create an incentivized website that will assign each user a unique id when they sign up, and will display a set of offers to complete (these urls will need to have the unique user id added to them).
