Description: |
I have multiple needs for forms to be filled out online, submitted througha button in the form to a Database. I then need to be able to access and view these forms at anytime, and publish them to the Web, if necessary. I have a couple of Daily forms that need ot be submitted, and available to be viewed daily, on the site. I also have Applications and such I would like ot have submitted, and accessible, through the site, without the use of E-mail form the Users end. I am told this shouldn't be too difficult, or expensive. Thanks everyone!
