	Description:	I am looking for a reverse auction site for manufacturing/engineering services. I would like it to be able to charge buyers final value fees/percentages and be able to add/edit categories from the admin panel (or however). Feedback has to be able to be left as well. The auction site should be similiar to mfgquote.com or ebay/liquidation.com. Although I am also open to other layouts. Additional Info (Added 10/30/2006 at 12:34 EST)...
