Hi,
We would like to have a funny flash animation made on the subject of background checks. We are a company that provides background checks to companies and consumers so obviously the animation would have to have a pro-background check spin. We do not really have a script but the concept would be the benefits of conducting background checks. For example: not hiring criminals to watch over your property or valuables. This animation should be humorous and have unique characters. Original or public domain music would be a plus. We are allowing a lot of latitude in this project and it is a good chance to perhaps start a series of these types' animations for our company. The time should be anywhere from 4 to 7 minutes.
You should have a good understanding of American audiences and the concept of background checks in The United States.
