I'm looking for an artist to create a Flash header for a "Web 2.0" business community. I need three brick office buildings. In the window of the first building is a designer, in the window of the second building is a programmer, and in the third window are three people in suits meeting casually (sleeves rolled up?) at a table. Each character should be happily doing his/her job. The captions will be "For Designers", "For Programmers", and "For your Business". Each cartoon image should move or highlight in some way when moused over (zoom, brighten, whatever). When clicked, there should be a subtle transition and the user is presented with a page of text and the selected image moved to the right side to make room. The images should be done in a "plastic" style (example: http://www.logankoester.com/images/plastic_examples.png ). You have 911px by 250px to work in. I have a lot of this type of work available with logos, promotional materials, etc. Daily communication is required so you must be able to communicate via email and one of: AIM, Yahoo, Skype, MSN or telephone. It would be helpful if you could mock-up one of the three images before we begin, but I don't require it so long as you have something of this style in your portfolio.
