Description:	I need someone or a group of programmers to create a web-based content management system. I have tried using umbraco. I like the concept and find it easy to use, but the installation and stability are a challenge for me. I would like a very easy to install, stable and secure CMS created for me. Specific requirements are as follow. 1. Must be easy to use by someone ignorant of scripting and modifying scripts. 2. Must be secure against hacking and so on to the industry standard. 3. Must be stable. 4. Compatible with most internet browsers. 5. Check www.umbraco.org and http://demo.umbraco.org to get an idea of what I want. copy/pasting from MS Word document inserting image, sound file, hyperlink, macro, form- field, table, etc. change font style, color, size, etc. basically allow the user to create content in an MS Word-like setting 6. Installation should be easy. Instead of modifying the scripts, the program should ask questions to input the dbname, dbID, dbpassword, and so and the user/installer will simply type in the answers in the provided text boxes to set up the data base and so on. 7. Everything must be self-contained. No plug ins or scripting to be done by the user/installer. 8. The CMS should require the user to only upload the folders and files to the server using an FTP program and ask the hosting company to set different type of permissions for folers/files. 9. The CMS must have a self generating bulletin board system. 10. It can be done using asp.net or PHP or ???. 11. It must be a web-based CMS, like umbraco. (Check www.umbraco.org and demo.umbraco.org) More details will be provided to reasonable and qualified bidders. I am serious about this project and want to find the ideal individual or group of individuals. No program containing copyrighted material will be accepted. I want this program created solely for my individual use.

A good CMS with add/edit/delete pages/content can be developed in ASP.net/C#. This will allow full customization of the site and template. We have good experience of such project. Please check the PMB.
