I need a close clone of this site:
tech.memeorandum.com
It tracks a specific number of sites and updates hourly. I believe it may run off a Nucleus backend, not sure.
It would need to spider these sites (or alternatively track them through third party API's such as Technorati). It would also need to be smart enough to know what the site people were linking to.
I'd need a CMS in which I could enter the details of the site's I'd want to track, as well being able to add extra sites later (or remove them as the case may be). Outside of this I don't need the CMS to do much more than this.
In terms of design, something similar, I can provide colors and the name of the site upon working being taken up. It doesn't have to be much work as I can always change the site design later (alternatively if you'd prefer not to do the site design give me a straight clone and I can do it myself).
Needs to also have a RSS feed for readers.
