We have a website that is targeting in creating community where member can register….etc. (ps. this project is the 1st, then if everything goes well, rest of all will post here such as social networking, online contents management …) First of all, would like to start with a personalized Homepage in AJAX (JavaScript, PHP, and XML) And we are interested in having a clone of "netvibes.com" created. If you have no experience with AJAX, JavaScript, & PHP, pls, do not bid. The members database is stored in mysql, but the modules for each client are stored in xml files (one files for each member) Requirements: 1. Project should be clean, stable, secure, well commented, properly written and structured code. 2. Original work & we retain all copyrights and code. (No GPL / or open source code in application.) 3. Admin Interface to control certain aspects of the page design, content, colors, etc. 4. Users should be able to make an account and customize the content, either with custom rss feeds and or the pre-provided rss feeds. 5. PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, and MySQL based. 6. Everything should be drag and drop, configurable, and save by cookie and user accounts as netvibes. 8. Another feature besides being able to add an rss feed, should be the ability to add bookmarks, and export bookmarks to a rss feed. See features on Start.com and Netvibes.com 9. Must provide progress / demo's along the development process. 10. Must be PHP 5 compatible. Example Layout: First page should look just like Netvibes.com / start.com Multiple Columns A tab could be recommended sites with the rss feeds. Fully detailed information can and will be provided with more examples Your bid must be for the fully tested, bug free and completed project. We will do scriptlance escrow only, paid upon project completion, for your safety and ours. After final product, you must provide support to fix bugs and minor corrections. When bidding please advice how you will handle / take on the project and estimated time frame.
