I need a new website designed that will be " Google " Friendly. I am most interested in creating a site that will index well and deep into Google. I would like to get first page results for the following terms:
bad credit mortgage refinance, foreclosure, bad credit mortgages, bad credit home loan, bad credit home purchase, foreclosure help, foreclosure assistance, foreclosure bailout, buy a home with bad credit, home loan with bad credit, home in foreclosure, save my home from foreclosure.

This site is used to capture mortgage leads for the subprime market. The site should be easy to use and search engine friendly. My main concern is that it achieves high ranking ( 1st and 2nd page results ) on Google.

| Google ranks websites according to near 100 rules, whose importance are change time by time. In other words, Google rankings depend not only on site code, but on promotion too. However, site code could be done optimimized for results, but rest can't be guaranteed..
