	Description:	Toolbar + spyware creator Hello everyone, I'm looking for a programmer or team of programmers which are able to create a program which can create toolbars for IE and which can also include spyware in it. I would like you, the programmer(s), to make a toolbar creator with a lot of options so my clients can make toolbars of their choice and taste. Everything in it must be adjustable ... let me give an example of some of the features I would like it to have: - should be able to put buttons, dropdown menu's and other components in it. - place buttons in the toolbar. - select the lenght and width of the toolbar. - choose images for in the toolbar's background. - choose images for the buttons of the toolbar. - buttons must be able to change of color or image when the mouse goes over them. - Name and setupfile must be adjustable. - must be able to add a logo to the toolbar whereever you like (drag&drop?) - logo can be from a website or your own computer. - logo must redirect to a website you choose. - searchbutton can be text or an image and must be able to change of color or image using mouseover technique. - automatic installer option to select between what periods should be checked for updates or how many minutes/hours. - able to add/remove buttons/dropdown menu's/more from the toolbar. - able to edit button should include the option to display some text when the user goes over the button with their mouse and when clicked on it should be able to redirect to a website. - Must be able to name the popupblocker, choose an icon for the popup blocker and a mouseover icon for it. - must be able to make a sound when a popup is blocked. - must be able to fill in Pay per click searchengine links in the toolbar so when a user searches through the bar, it will search using your PPC link so you make money. - must be able to put fields in the toolbar that display ads from a website or show banners(size of course adjustable). - able to turn the button for popupblocker on or off. - must be able to select if you want a cookie cleaner in your toolbar and name the button that does that. - user must be able to select if he/she wants to have a popupblocker in it or not. - user can choose to have spyware in it or not. - user must be able to choose what the spyware does. - there should be an update alerter of some kind possible for whenthe toolbar has updates and they can be automaticly downloaded and installed. - must be able to choose wether to use the easy method or hard method to create your toolbar. - able to select an uninstaller of everything of the toolbar and its spyware(or able to leave spyware and remove toolbar). - i hope the programmers will add things theirselfs too and show their initiative towards this project. - must be able to include or exclude spyware with the options below. spyware should at least have the following options: - set IE startpage - lock toolbar in IE - create icons in "favorite" list - create icons on desktop - show a popup when certain words are showed on a website of the user which the size must be adjustable of the popup - able to show an exit popup when leaving a specific site. - number of URL's for the popup and exit popup must be adjustable. - remember the websites that are most visited by the user and put the top 5 (or more, ie adjustable) in a dropdown menu so the user can visit them quickly and simple by clicking on the website and press go on the toolbar. This program will be an evaluation program of 7 days and can be unlocked if people pay the price for it (not set yet of course). The program should be well protected against cracks and other methods to unlock the evaluation mode. I will most likely require updates in the future of this program so I will need programmers who will be able to handle small updates within a short timespan. Toolbar must comply with Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP. I believe spyware is made in active-X and/or XML so I am not sure what to choose from the list but the expert should know :-) Further details can be discussed on MSN, Yahoo messenger or ICQ contact me if needed.
