Must implement all our requirements. Our requirements are documented and will be provided to the winning bidder. 2. Requirements analysis, design and documentnation is a must so do not bid unless you are willing to perform these tasks. Those following a standard design and devleopment methodology are preferred. 3. Code must be written in PHP using MySQL database. 4. Code must be modular and must be object oriented. 5. Code must be well documented and clean. 6. We require a very creative, appealing and user friendly site design. 7. The site must be efficient and be able to handle large user loads. 8. We require many extra features that currently implemented in any of the sites listed above so keep this in mind when bidding. 9. You must be able to speak English and communicate effectively with us. 10. Code will belong to us and cannot be reused by you or any other party. We will strictly enforce this. 11. We must be in constant contact and you must be available during business days. We will not accept long delays or absenses. 12. We will require daily updates and status reports on progress. 13. We will require key deliverables on a set schedule to validate your progress. 14. We are on a tight deadline and will require a fast turnaround time. We would rather not deal with a single developer but a team who can accomplish this task with greater speed.
