	Description:	Just a basic layout such as hotornot.com would be fine, but I would like it template based. I also require the full rights to the scripts. and 1. When people sign up they must be able to view and edit their profiles immediately, 2. payment for upgrade in membership via paypal.com subsription and egold.com 3. I also want an admin area where I can pre-load images and have ratings randomly generated for the photos I upload. 4. A demo of the site is A MUST! Thanks!
