Provide a CD-ROM package design for the World Factbook 2003 we are publishing.

Package Design:
- Full-color 2-panel jewel case insert design. Recreate high resolution version of existing cover (see http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/covers/thumbnails/main.jpg) and include similar color scheme on inside with CD usage instructions.
- Full color back cover (single side Traycard) design. Includes screenshots of product, barcode and text.
- The spines will have the title of the CD "World Factbook 2003".
- Black/White CD label design (to be thermal printed)

Deliverables:
- Provide a high resolution (600 dpi) .TIF file ready for duplication by SwiftCD.com that meets their specifications provided at http://www.swiftcd.com/faq/artwork.htm
- Provide the source files used to create the .TIF (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, QuarkExpress, Corel, etc.)

Copyrights:
- designer would be free to use designs in their portfolio for promotional purposes
- All rights would be transferred to buyer (gfreelance)

Turnaround:
I would prefer a lower price rather than a quick turnaround.

I will provide:
- Inside front cover (insert) CD usage instructions text
- Back cover (traycard) text
- UPC barcode in .eps format

Payment:
Through the Scriptlance system.
