If you go to findyourhosting.com you will see they have a search engine that only has results that contains web hosting companies and it is in pay per click format. I would like a similar search engine script built. This search engine will be small since it only will have listings of hosting companies in a pay per click format. I would prefer this coded in ASP and for MS SQL Server 2000 Database (if needed). Here is what I would like done: 1. Web hosting companies to be able to submit their hosting website to be added to the search engine. They would fill out a form with all their information including credit card number (it will be on a secure server) and then after the data is submitted it goes into MY admin panel as PENDING until I can verify the company and get credit card authorization. Even though it is listed as PENDING, the company should still be able to login with the username/password they used so they can track the status of their order. The minimum amount that the form should accept to start a campaign is $100. Also this form should allow the user to choose a username/password so they can track the number of clicks we are sending them, add more funds to their account, edit their profile, and do a calculation of their clicks per day and the estimated time of expiration. It should also allow the company to update their bids in REAL TIME as long as there are funds in their accounts. When the funds have been depleted an automated email should go to the user informing them of the funds being depleted, an email should also go out when the user has $25 or less in their account remaining. 2. In the admin panel there should be the basic setup of where I can approve all campaigns and change them from PENDING to APPROVED. When I change an account from PENDING to APPROVE it should list the site in it's rightful position according to their bid AUTOMATICALLY. The admin should also have option of EMAILING all advertisers with the simple touch of a button, meaning a form box to type up the email message and a SEND NOW button that would send the message to all advertisers. The admin panel should also have an option where I can enter a new campaign manually. 3. In terms of the search engine, it should display the results in the format of highest bidder to least bidder. No other results should be displayed, only the companies that paid or the ones I entered manually in the ADMIN option. 4. I need to see a full working demo before I send any funds. I have had too many times with up front deposits and incompleted projects. We are going to pay BUT I need to see the demo OBVIOUSLY on your server, but when we pay then it will be transferred to our server and script released to me. This project is not that complex since it's not a full search engine, but just a one category mini ppc, so price is an important factor as I am working on a very limited budget, Speed and quality is also VERY important.
