Was very happy with communication at the beginning of project. Questions and updates was answered quickly and clearly. He seemed to have some personal problems and was not able to complete project. Gave Acceptable rating only because of how long it took to get a response after his problems started.

Zaplance did a nice job installing the penny auction script and helping with the design and set up of the site. He was generally very responsive to question I had, and I would consider using him again for a future projects.
