Good coding skills but missed deadlines.

I dont recommend to work with this company because they are not professional just wasting of money and time.Before awarding the project I asked them so many times "are you able to do the job" every time they confirm me yes they are 100% sure.I awarded the project and deadline was 12 days.Their communication is very poor. No update after many email. So at the end of the deadline they inform me they cant do the job.May be they are good but they totally wasted my time.
