Review paid advance of $300 to programmers and was frustrated that after five weeks they had not started project. I was referred to a programmer who in turn referred me back to the same programmer. I was very disappointed because our conversations started out very amicable and I gained confidence that XPONSE would deliver. Not very professional at all! I wasted five weeks! |
