Waited 4 months for him to finish this project after promising to do it in 7 days. He just cancelled the escrow on his own. Saw one half-baked version that was not according to my clear specifications - he repeatedly (at least 7-8 times) asked for extensions and never hit his deadlines. He kept asking for extensions, guaranteed his results, and even promised to pay me if he missed a deadline (which I did not get paid for).
