Dipanjan and Dipika both were pleasant to work with and followed my instructions very well. My project ended up being quite a handful but they were able to accommodate me and adapt to necessary changes as the project progressed. they were both efficient, to the point, and communicate very well.

As usual, Dipanjan produces good work and is happy to tweak the final result to make sure it works. I took away 2 stars for the delay in the first draft of the update changes (7 days was agreed, the first updates were delivered on day 12 and the final tweaks were done on day 16). I was in a rush to complete the project, so that was frustrating. I will certainly use Dipanjan for the next site updates, with agreed milestone next time.

The work produced was good for the price paid. We were disappointed with the request for more money, over the bid price, to implement a feature in the project specification.We would be cautious to use them for higher value projects (of which we have 2 currently in initial stages) as we consider the bidding system to be the price paid for completion of the project.Timescales were outside the expectations set, although within our timescales.The resulting output is clean and useable.

The project took longer to be completed than what we had agreed before starting. We believe that this was due to the fact that program was larger than both Dipanjan and we thought at the beginning. Despite the tensión that this extended time logically caused, Dipanjan was always correct and polite and willing to fix the things that we asked.
